1. One Week Before Event

  • Ensure clear pathways for visitor movement

Documentation

  • Sign platform terms and conditions
  • Verify homeowner's insurance is current
  • Identify event day representative
  • Submit contact information for day-of emergencies

2. Day Before Event

Safety & Access

  • Clear walkways and entrances
  • Remove:
    • Ammunition/firearms
    • Prescription medications
    • Any illegal items
    • Any items you wish to keep
  • Clear parking area if possible

3. Morning of Event

Final Preparation

  • Arrive 30 minutes before start time
