- Basement
- Garage
- Storage areas
- Outdoor spaces
- Ensure clear pathways for visitor movement
Documentation
- Sign platform terms and conditions
- Verify homeowner's insurance is current
- Identify event day representative
- Submit contact information for day-of emergencies
2. Day Before Event
Safety & Access
- Clear walkways and entrances

- Ammunition/firearms
- Prescription medications
- Any illegal items
- Any items you wish to keep
- Clear parking area if possible
3. Morning of Event
Final Preparation
- Arrive 30 minutes before start time
- Establish owner/representative position
- Unlock necessary doors
Remember
- Property owner/representative must remain on-site throughout event
- No sales or monetary transactions allowed
- All items must be given freely
- You can end the event early by contacting support if property is cleared
